To document or not to document ...

Finally this morning I posted to the proper mail addresses the finalized versions of the documents regarding the integration interface between AmI and PCFlow3D and between Executive and Behavioural Layer.
I think it's a good approach to document the activities related to the integration interfaces accurately and in a reasoned way because now we can start our usual agile development cycle without bothering with communication details and because they will come rather handy at the end of the project when the final deliverables have to be produced.
We'll see whether we can validate the approach at the end ....

I think we will try to adopt the same strategy also for the AmI to Executive protocol and for the integration of external DSS tools (speak EPSO for the insiders ....)
